Please find attached my blood test report. Could you please advise if I have Typhoid? If not, what precautions or dietary measures should I take to prevent infection?

Without seeing the actual report, cannot confirm. A Widal test or blood culture is needed for typhoid diagnosis. If typhi O/H titres are greater than or equal to 1:160, it may indicate typhoid.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a Widal Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test

View allI have had a headache and cold for the last 2 to 3 days, and I also feel body ache. My serology/Widal slide test report shows: S. typhi O 1/80 positive, S. typhi H 1/80 positive, S. paratyphi AH 1/40 negative, S. paratyphi BH 1/40 negative. I want to confirm, do I have typhoid or not?

I was tested for typhoid about 25 days ago, and at that time my Widal test showed O type 1:160 and H type 1:160. I recently got tested again, and now all other types are negative except O type, which is still showing 1:160. I would like to know the reason behind this. What should I do next, and what kind of food should I eat during this recovery period?
