I had annual tests done and am attaching my urine report. I want to know if it is normal. I am having pain in the lower abdomen, so I expected RBCs and casts to be absent, but they are nil. Is this okay?

A few days after having unprotected sex, I started experiencing a burning sensation while urinating.
