This problem is for my father. From the beginning of this month April, he is suffering from rapidly buzzing and ringing sound in both of his ears. We went to the doctor and the doctor told this is because of age factor. Other than this my father blood test report says low level of haemoglobin RBC 10 and other WBC and platelets are in normal range. So what problem causes buzzing and ringing sound in his ears?

Buzzing (tinnitus) is common with age or hearing loss. Low Hb may worsen it by reducing oxygen supply. Anemia, nerve issues, or ear damage could contribute. ENT consultation and treating anemia may help.
