Psoriasis is a common, long-term (chronic) disease with no cure. It tends to go through cycles, flaring for a few weeks or months, then subsiding for a while or going into remission. Treatments are available to help you manage symptoms. And you can incorporate lifestyle habits and coping strategies to help you live better with psoriasis

View allI'm really struggling with this itching problem on my skin that I've had for many years. I've been using a soap named Tetmosol, and it helps until the evening, but then the itching comes back. I'm curious if there's anything else I could try or if there's something more to it? It's been quite frustrating dealing with this every day.
It sounds like you may be experiencing a skin condition that requires ongoing management. In addition to using Tetmosol soap, you can also try using a topical corticosteroid cream like Betnovate (Betamethasone) twice a day on the affected areas. Make sure to apply a thin layer and gently rub it in. If the itching persists, you can also take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily in the evening to help with the itching. Remember to continue using these medications as directed by a healthcare professional.

I'm 25 and dealing with hair thinning and bald patches. My dermatologist suggested PRP and minoxidil for about 3-6 months. I've read that when you stop using minoxidil, the hair gains disappear. So why would the doctor recommend it for a short period? Will all the hair I get from PRP and minoxidil just fall out once I stop using minoxidil after a short time?
Thats not true, follow your doctors advice and consume protiene rich food

I'm really concerned because I have this red rash on my side, right above my waist. It started off small but has grown bigger. When I looked into it, the symptoms kind of match hives, but it also looks like ringworm. The weird part is that it doesnt really itch. Could this be something serious or is it just a rash that will go away on its own? What should I do about it?
That could be P.versicolor infection, maintain personal hygiene, visit dermatologist for appropriate management.
