Recently, my doctor prescribed Levosulpiride for gastroesophageal reflux, Nexium 40 for acidity, and Desora for allergies for one month. After completing the course, I am still experiencing chest tightness, throat tightness, and shortness of breath. I consulted another doctor, who reviewed my urine test report and found pus cells and traces. I am confused about the cause since I feel I have not been properly diagnosed. What should I do next?

Persistent symptoms with pus cells in urine suggest possible unresolved infection. Chest symptoms may relate to allergy or reflux. You should repeat urine culture and chest evaluation.

View allMy 9 month old daughter routine urine test showed 500 pus cells per hpf. A follow up urine culture showed occasional white blood cells per hpf but no bacterial growth after two days of incubation. What should be the next steps? Currently, she is taking Levomac, Zifi, Maxtra, and Econorm, and I am giving her a liquid diet along with breastfeeding.

Hi Sir. I have had back pain for one week, and today I developed fever, cold, and cough. I got my blood and urine tested. After the urine test, the doctor informed me that I have a urinary infection. The test showed albumin (present +) and pus cells 3 to 4/HPF. The doctor suggested taking Cystone syrup. After one day, I am fine from fever, cold, and cough, but I sometimes get pain in my right lower rib. What should I do?
