My wife is 48 years old with height 5 feet 3 inches and weight 66 kgs. Her blood report shows RBC 5.6 with maximum 5.1 and haemoglobin 15.3 with maximum 15.3. Her urine report shows white pus cells 60 to 80 hpf, red cells occasional, epithelial cells 10 to 20 hpf, leukocytes 3 plus, and protein traces. Her serum creatinine is 0.9. Could you please help me understand the issue with these numbers?

High pus cells and epithelial cells suggest urinary tract infection (UTI). RBC and hemoglobin are slightly elevated. Serum creatinine is normal. A urine culture may help guide antibiotics.

View allRecently, my doctor prescribed Levosulpiride for gastroesophageal reflux, Nexium 40 for acidity, and Desora for allergies for one month. After completing the course, I am still experiencing chest tightness, throat tightness, and shortness of breath. I consulted another doctor, who reviewed my urine test report and found pus cells and traces. I am confused about the cause since I feel I have not been properly diagnosed. What should I do next?

Hi Sir. I have had back pain for one week, and today I developed fever, cold, and cough. I got my blood and urine tested. After the urine test, the doctor informed me that I have a urinary infection. The test showed albumin (present +) and pus cells 3 to 4/HPF. The doctor suggested taking Cystone syrup. After one day, I am fine from fever, cold, and cough, but I sometimes get pain in my right lower rib. What should I do?
