Respected Doctor, I recently had a blood test, and my SGPT value is 64 U/L. Is this within the normal range, or should I be concerned?

SGPT 64 is mildly high. Avoid junk food, alcohol. Take liver support diet (papaya, coconut water, less oil). Repeat LFT after 2 weeks.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test or Take a Lipid Profile Test Test

View allMy uncle tested positive for COVID 19 eight days ago. Initially, he had a mild fever, but he recovered after taking the prescribed medications. However, during a follow up blood test yesterday, his D dimer, SGPT, and SGOT levels were elevated. The doctor prescribed blood thinning medication based on these results, but after starting the new medication, his condition seems to have worsened, his coughing has increased, and he is experiencing significant fatigue. We are unsure whether this is a side effect of the new medication or a sign of something more serious. I have attached the reports for reference.

I have been taking Paroxetine, Aripiprazole 5 mg, and Zolpidem for the last 15 days. I am not feeling cured and also experiencing nausea. Is this normal? I have liver disease. Should I get an LFT test done or is this a side effect of the medicines? My LFT was normal 10 days ago.

I do not smoke, I do not drink, and I rarely take medicines. I understand that my right kidney has not grown since childhood. What does this mean for me along with fatty liver?
