Most salads are good for diabetics unless it has ingredients which has more carbohydrates or fats. A diabetic salad is one that is low (or a least moderate) in carbohydrates and wonât cause a spike in your blood sugar.

If you have gotten period on 19th day of IUI means that you could be having luteal phase deficiency and need hormonal supplementation to augment the luteal phase. You can use intafol D tablets.

Recently found out I have a pineocytoma and a non-functional pituitary microadenoma on my MRI. I've been taking Eltroxin for thyroid issues for the past 15 years, and my recent hormone tests T3, T4, TSH, prolactin, ACTH, and growth hormone are all normal. Is there any way to treat these tumors with medication or do I need surgery?

I'm 24 years old and my height is 5.7. I'm really curious to know if it's still possible for me to grow taller at this age. If there's a way to increase my height, could you please explain how it might be possible?
At 24, your growth plates have likely closed, making natural height increase unlikely
