Sir a 47 year old woman has been suffering from acute attacks of vertigo with general weakness for the past one year. Her blood report is attached. Please provide diagnosis and treatment advice. Her fasting blood sugar is 85. Thank you.

Recurrent vertigo with weakness may point to inner ear balance issues like BPPV, low vitamin levels, or anxiety. If blood sugar is fine and blood tests are okay, ENT evaluation and vestibular exercises may help.

The doctor prescribed some medicines. I would like a second opinion. Are these tablets safe, and do they contain steroids? I have attached my report and medicine prescription.
