Sir a 47 year old woman has been suffering from acute attacks of vertigo with general weakness for the past one year. Her blood report is attached. Please provide diagnosis and treatment advice. Her fasting blood sugar is 85. Thank you.

Recurrent vertigo with weakness may point to inner ear balance issues like BPPV, low vitamin levels, or anxiety. If blood sugar is fine and blood tests are okay, ENT evaluation and vestibular exercises may help.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a Vitamin D (1,25 Dihydroxy Cholecalciferol) Test

I recovered from COVID 19 on 20th April and was treated with Fabiflu and Deflazacort tapering dose for 9 days along with blood thinners for 15 days. My blood report on 18th May showed SGPT at 153 and SGOT at 59. A follow up report on 18th June shows SGPT at 90 and SGOT at 55. I currently do not have any symptoms except mild burning and tingling sensations in my feet and legs. How long it usually takes for these liver enzyme levels to return to normal?
