Your vitamin D is good, but B12 is borderline low. Uric acid slightly high, may contribute to joint pain. ESR is mildly raised. A rheumatology consult may help.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a CBC+ESR Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

I am in the IT profession and have been suffering from lower back pain for 2 years. I got a Vitamin D3 test done today and the result shows a level of 6.9 ng/ml. Does this mean I have a deficiency? If so, what are the risks and what are the ways to increase Vitamin D levels? Thanks.

I am suffering from vitamin D deficiency, with a level of 8.83 ng/mL. I have been taking D3 Must 60K chewable tablets (1 tablet weekly) from Mankind Pharma and have taken 4 tablets over the past month. Is this safe? If not, what is the alternative and the proper dosage for my level of deficiency? If it is safe, how much longer should I continue this regimen, or should I adjust the frequency (for example, one tablet monthly)? I have attached my report for reference and would like guidance on the correct dosage based on my deficiency.
