Sir, I am feeling very weak. After a liver function test, I received my report and many values are different from the normal range. Can you please explain what the exact problem is and what I should do now? Also, is this a normal problem or a serious problem?

Unexplained fatigue with abnormal LFT may indicate liver inflammation, infection, or medication effects. Get an ultrasound and consult a doctor to assess further. Avoid alcohol/fatty foods.

View allI am a 45 year old lady and I have a very bad ulcer problem, not only in my mouth but also in my stomach. Most of the time, I feel a warm sensation in my mouth and stomach. I have completely avoided spicy food for 4 months, but nothing has improved. Please let me know what I should do and what this problem is exactly called? My test report shows that the scope passed till D2. D1 shows duodenitis, D2 is normal. The stomach shows antral gastritis with a normal body and fundus. The GE junction is at 35 cm with a hiatus hernia. The esophagus shows esophagitis. The impression is antral gastritis and duodenitis with hiatus hernia.

Recent blood tests of my mother show some abnormal results, including RBC count of 5.22x1000000/microlitre, platelet count of 134x10000/microlitre (low), PDW of 14.7, fasting glucose of 114.5 mg/dL, ALT (SGPT) of 103.76 U/L (high), and AST (SGOT) of 50.73 U/L (high). She has been experiencing weakness in certain parts of her body, sweating on one side, and a feeling of inner restlessness. She is currently on medications for blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol, but has not received a clear diagnosis. Could you please advise on the possible cause of her symptoms and abnormal lab results, the course of treatment, and which specialist doctor she should consult next?

Sir, these are my reports. Liver bilirubin direct is 0.50, ALT SGPT is 63, hemoglobin is 17.50, PCV is 51.40, RBC is 5.76, lymphocytes in DLC are 41.70, monocytes in ALC are 0.18, glucose fasting plasma is 107, LDL is 106, and HbA1c glycosylated hemoglobin blood is 6.8. Kindly tell me if I am a healthy person or not. What is the problem?
