Sir, I've been dealing with occasional pain in my knee joint, wrist joint, and finger joints for about a year now. Sometimes I even notice swelling in my wrist and finger joints, but it goes away after a while. My blood uric acid level is at 7.4 mgdl, and I make sure to exercise regularly. Could you please suggest a permanent treatment for this?

Aapke joints me pain aur swelling ke saath uric acid level high hone ka matlab ho sakta hai ki aapko gout ho. Uric acid control ke liye purine-rich foods (jaise red meat, alcohol, aur seafood) se bachna zaroori hai. Regular exercise ke saath, ek rheumatologist se milkar medication jaise allopurinol ya febuxostat discuss karein.

I've been dealing with this constant pain in my ribs, on both sides, but it's worse on the left. It's been going on for the last couple of years, and the pain comes and goessome days it's really bad, and others it's not there at all. I'm 31, weigh 104, and I'm about 5'7". I'll admit, I don't have the healthiest lifestyle, and I used to smoke. I've done some tests like a 2D echo, a stress test, an endoscopy, and a chest X-ray, and everything came back normal. My blood pressure is a bit high, and I have thyroid issues, but all my other blood work looks good, except for some cholesterol issues. I'm just trying to figure out what might be causing this rib pain. Any ideas on what could be going on or what I should do next?

I've been taking Tab Ezact 120mg once daily for severe knee pain, and my x-ray shows I might need a total knee replacement. For now, can I take two doses a day instead of one to manage the pain better? I'm worried about whether it's safe or if it could cause any issues

Avoid increasing Ezact dosage without supervision. Long-term use may affect kidneys or cause gastritis. Consult your doctor for safe alternatives.

Is there any other way to treat costochondritis besides taking anti-inflammatory tablets? I've been dealing with this for almost two months, and it's really affecting me mentally with all the anxiety and fear it brings.

Consider exploring alternative treatments for costochondritis, such as physical therapy, heat or cold compresses, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or stress-reducing techniques like meditation or cognitive-behavioral therapy, under the guidance of a healthcare professional, to help manage symptoms and alleviate psychological distress.
