I'm just wondering if it's okay for me to crush my 50mg Tramadol and mix it with some applesauce. I have rheumatoid arthritis and use Tramadol sometimes for pain relief. Is this safe?

Folitrax (methotrexate) can cause digestive issues like nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and stomach ulcers. It may also affect liver function, potentially leading to liver toxicity or elevated liver enzymes. Other side effects could include fatigue, mouth sores, and hair loss. I'm a bit confused about the difference between Omnacortil 5 and Wyslone 5. My doctor prescribed Wyslone 5, but the pharmacy only had Omnacortil 5 available. Is there any issue if I go with Omnacortil 5 instead of sticking strictly to the prescription? I'm worried about getting the right treatment.
Both Omnacortil 5 and Wysolone 5 contain the same active ingredient, which is Prednisolone. They are both corticosteroids used to treat various conditions such as inflammation, allergic reactions, and autoimmune disorders. Therefore, there should not be a significant difference between the two medications. You can go ahead and use Omnacortil 5 as a substitute for Wysolone 5 as per your doctor's prescription. Just make sure to follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor.
