I've been having this pain on the right side of my waist, and sometimes it spreads all overfrom left to right and up to down. It's really hard for me to bend forward or backward when it tightens up. I can feel the pain no matter what I'm doing, whether I'm sitting or lying in bed. And it's making it tough to do any kind of hard work. What could be causing this and how can I ease the pain?

You need imaging and scans to determine the cause. It could be muscular pain or spine related abnormality. There are various causes to rule out before making a clear diagnosis.

I've been experiencing this weird pain in my bones, especially around my ribs, and sometimes it stretches up to my chest bone and collarbone. It's been going on for a few months now. It doesn't always actively hurt, but when I press on it, it's tender and starts to ache. The worst was when it felt really severe in the ribs and chest, but now it's not as intense. However, when I take a deep breath, I can kind of feel those spots like where it used to hurt. Plus, my ribs are still pretty tender to touch, particularly in certain areas that even reach out to my armpits. Should I be worried about this or get it checked out?

If pain is on touching then it's muscule pain. Simple pain killer will give u RELEIF. No need to worry

I'm a 40-year-old guy dealing with joint pain, stiffness, and it's making it hard for me to get around. The doctor prescribed dart tablets, but they leave me feeling really anxious, agitated, and nauseous. Any ideas on other meds I could try that might not have these side effects?

Seems like you are experiencing side effects from the dart tablet. An alternative medicine you can try for joint pain is Celebrex (Celecoxib) 200mg once daily. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that can help relieve pain and inflammation in the joints. Make sure to take it with food to reduce the risk of stomach upset.

I'm a bit confused about the difference between Lupin Lumenac 600 Tablet and Lumenac 600 Capsule. Are they basically the same, or is there some important distinction I should be aware of? I'm trying to figure out if it matters which one I use.

Yes both are same
