Sir/maam, I had a few tests conducted as a routine annual checkup by my company. My CBC is fine, KFT is fine, but a few liver readings are very poor. Kindly guide me regarding this. I have attached my report. My weight is 100 kg, height 6 feet, HbA1c 5.5, blood pressure 122/82, pulse 75, and oxygen 99.

This may indicate fatty liver or early liver dysfunction. You should take a repeat liver function test (LFT) and an ultrasound abdomen to assess liver health properly.

View allHi Doctor. I am a 41 year old male. My abdominal ultrasound report shows that the liver is average in size, measuring about 16.1 cm in the right midclavicular line with a smooth outline. It has normal homogeneous echogenicity with smooth echotexture. There is an ill defined heterogeneous lesion in segment IVb V measuring about 1.7 by 2.4 cm with minimal surrounding vascularity. The portal vein is average in calibre with normal colour flow. Can you explain the cause and how dangerous this condition is.
