Could you please explain what these values mean and if I need any treatment or further tests?

SGOT: 45
SGPT: 46
Bilirubin (Direct): 0.6
Bilirubin (Indirect): 0.5
Total Bilirubin: 1.1
Alkaline Phosphatase: 299
On my lab report, it is mentioned as A108 306C and C 210 810.
Could you please let me know if these results are within the normal range? Should I continue any medicines or take any syrup for this?

Hi, I used to consume high levels of alcohol for 10 years. For the past 5 years, I have quit hard liquor but have beer 5 days a week, around 2 bottles of 650 ml each. I have fatty liver grade 1. SGOT is 37 and SGPT is 64. Total bilirubin is 0.6. All other liver parameters are normal. Will this fatty liver grade continue to progress? I swim for an hour 6 days a week, around 400 metres. I have been taking Reheptin 1 tab a day for 6 years.

My wife is pregnant, and her blood report shows elevated SGPT (92). Can I give her Homeopathic medicine like Chelidonium Q or any other homeopathic remedy? She is currently taking Udiliv 150 mg, iron, and calcium tablets twice daily as per doctor instructions. Her hemoglobin is 9.2. Please advise

An SGPT of 92 is elevated and needs monitoring during pregnancy. Continue doctor prescribed medications. Do not take homeopathic or other medicines without your doctors advice. Liver function must be closely watched.
