Without a report, general advice includes: avoid processed foods, increase fruits, green vegetables, whole grains. Limit sugar and red meat. Drink plenty of water.

View allHi. I have just found my blood test report and noticed some abnormalities in liver and kidney tests. AST SGOT is 53 U per L, ALT SGPT is 71 U per L, GGTP is 84 U per L, and alkaline phosphatase ALP is 144. Please help me. Is this an issue? Do I need to visit a doctor for this?

My HBsAg quantitative value is 18. What does it mean? My report shows HBsAg quantitative positive value 11.84, HBeAg negative, anti HBe positive value 0.01, and anti HBC IgM negative value 0. Please explain this report.
