So, about a month ago, I got food poisoning, and ever since then, no matter what I eat, I get super bloated with non-stop stomach rumbling. Some days are okay, but mostly, it's just the same issue over and over. It even keeps me up at night because my stomach feels hard and painful. I tried Pepto-Bismol, but it hasn't really helped much. Any advice on what I could do to feel better?

I'm having these weird feelings where it seems like my breath just pauses. It comes from my stomach, almost like there's a bubble that hits my upper abdomen, and then my breath takes a pause. It makes me really nervous when it happens. Is this something serious I should be worried about?
Patient is advised pulmonary function tests, sputum examination for AFB and culture and sensitivity test, spirometry and complete blood count.

I'm dealing with some chest heaviness and trouble breathing, especially in the evenings and at night. Ive had acid reflux before, and now I'm taking doxycycline since I'm COVID positive. My fever's been gone for four days, and my breathing was okay a few days ago, but this chest issue started three days back. My oxygen levels are consistently at 98, so that's good. I took ranidommps and digene last night, which seemed to help, but the tightness and breathing issues came back after lunch today. Any idea what's going on or what I should do?
take one more antacid at night and tomorrow morning
