So, I accidentally drank some spoiled milk and now my stomach is really aching, and I'm having digestion issues. What should I do to feel better?

Dietary Recommendations for Piles (Hemorrhoids)

Foods to Eat

  1. High-fiber foods: Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes to soften stool and promote regular bowel movements.
  2. Leafy greens: Spinach, kale, and collard greens to reduce inflammation and improve digestion.
  3. Berries: Blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
  4. Omega-3 rich foods: Fatty fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts to reduce inflammation.
  5. Probiotic-rich foods: Yogurt, kefir, and kimchi to maintain a healthy gut microbiome.

Foods to Avoid

  1. Processed foods: Avoid foods high in sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats.
  2. Spicy foods: Avoid foods that can irritate the digestive system and exacerbate piles.
  3. Dairy products: Limit or avoid dairy products if you're lactose intolerant, as they can exacerbate digestive issues.
  4. Caffeine: Limit or avoid caffeine, as it can exacerbate digestive issues and increase blood pressure.

Bread and Tea

  1. Whole-grain bread: Choose whole-grain bread instead of refined white bread to increase fiber intake.
  2. Herbal teas: Opt for herbal teas, such as peppermint or chamomile, instead of caffeinated tea.

Additional Tips

  1. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to soften stool and promote regular bowel movements.
  2. Exercise regularly: Engage in regular physical activity to improve digestion and reduce pressure on the rectal veins.
  3. Avoid straining: Avoid straining during bowel movements, as it can exacerbate piles.

I'm trying to figure out if theres any link between IBS and chronic sinusitis. I've been dealing with IBS for the past 2 years and around the same time my sinus problems began. I also noticed candida overgrowth in my oesophagus and patches on my skin, especially around my shoulder, chest, stomach, and back area. After struggling with balanitis treatment for months, I ended up needing surgery. Ive tried everything from seeing different doctors to changing my diet and practicing yoga, but my IBS symptoms havent really gotten better. Lately, Ive observed that when my sinus issues calm down, my digestion seems to improve as well. Could there be a connection between these issues?

No there is no such relation

I'm really worried about this chest pain I've been having around the middle part, along with some light back pain in the upper area. It's been going on for like 23 days. I don't have a cough, but I do get a lot of burping. A couple of months ago, I saw a pulmonologist because of some mild chest pain, and my x-ray came back normal. He said it was probably gas. The thing is, I used to smoke for about five years but quit two months ago. Could the smoking have something to do with it, or is it really just gas causing this pain? What should I do next?

take tablet zerodol and tablet pantoprazole for 3 days

I'm dealing with a fissure and it's really uncomfortable. I'm wondering if surgery is the only way to fix it. Could you let me know if there are other options or if an operation is necessary?

first use medication, further it will not heal then go for surgery.
