So, I got an abdominal ultrasound and the report says my endometrial cavity is empty. Does that mean I'm not pregnant? I'm a bit confused about what this really means.

I'm really concerned about my wife's ultrasound results. Her last menstrual period was on June 25th, 2021, and today the ultrasound showed she's 5 weeks 6 days along. There was a yolk sac and the gestational sac measured at 1.14 cm, but there wasn't a fetal pole visible yet. Is this normal? Should we be worried about not seeing the fetal pole at this stage?
The fetal pole (the first visible form of the embryo) usually appears around 5.5 to 6 weeks, but in some cases, it might not be clearly visible until closer to 7 weeks
