So, I got an abdominal ultrasound and the report says my endometrial cavity is empty. Does that mean I'm not pregnant? I'm a bit confused about what this really means.

Severe burning, itching, and bleeding in the anus can be debilitating.
Piles (hemorrhoids) can be treated without surgery, but it's essential to consult a doctor (proctologist or gastroenterologist) for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Medications like stool softeners, pain relievers, and anti-inflammatory creams can help alleviate symptoms.
Lifestyle changes, such as increasing fiber intake, staying hydrated, and avoiding straining during bowel movements, can also help.
In some cases, non-surgical procedures like rubber band ligation, sclerotherapy, or infrared coagulation may be recommended.
Complete cure without surgery is possible, but it's crucial to work with a healthcare professional to develop a personalized treatment plan.

View allI'm trying to get pregnant and my husband and I have been having unprotected sex since the 8th day of my cycle, though not every day. We last had sex on the 15th day, which was a Saturday. Today I've noticed a clear, sticky discharge and I'm really confused. Does this mean there's still a chance I could conceive this month, or does it mean I've already ovulated and missed the window? I'm 31 and really anxious to conceive, can you help me understand what's going on?
A woman gets pregnant around the days when ovulation occurs. The average time of ovulation is the 14th day of an average length (28 day) menstrual cycle. Ovulation time vary for each individual, and can occur from 12th to 19th day of the cycle . Sperm can live up to 3 to 5 days in a womans reproductive tract, so it is possible to become pregnant if unprotected sex occurs 5 days before ovulation. The life span of the typical egg is relatively short, only around 24 hours. If fertilization does not occur within that time frame, the egg will die

I'm really concerned about my wife's ultrasound results. Her last menstrual period was on June 25th, 2021, and today the ultrasound showed she's 5 weeks 6 days along. There was a yolk sac and the gestational sac measured at 1.14 cm, but there wasn't a fetal pole visible yet. Is this normal? Should we be worried about not seeing the fetal pole at this stage?
The fetal pole (the first visible form of the embryo) usually appears around 5.5 to 6 weeks, but in some cases, it might not be clearly visible until closer to 7 weeks
