So I'm 19 and I'm Indian, but I'm noticing something odd with my beard. It's got a lot of brown hairs, especially on the chin, even though the hair on my head is black. Also, I'm dealing with rosacea, and my nose is really red because of it. I'm curious, why could my beard be turning brown?

I've been experiencing some really intense itching on my fingers and toes, and I just found out it's Dyshidrotic eczema. Do you have any treatment suggestions or tips on how to manage this condition? It's been really uncomfortable, so any advice would be appreciated.

Dyshidrotic eczema can be treated with topical corticosteroids such as Clobetasol propionate cream applied twice daily for 2 weeks, followed by once daily for 2 weeks. In addition, you can use emollients like Cetaphil Restoraderm lotion to keep the skin moisturized. If the itching is severe, you can take oral antihistamines such as Loratadine 10mg once daily. If there is any sign of infection, antibiotics like Cephalexin 500mg four times a day for 7-10 days may be necessary.

I've been dealing with some raised bumps near my vagina and on my butt cheeks. At first, they were in a smaller ring with low-raised acnes, but it's been a week, and now they've grown into bigger, more pronounced areas with the circle spreading. Touching them causes a burning sensation, even though they seem to be drying out. Plus, I'm noticing more vaginal discharge than usual, though it's clear. I'm not sure whats going on, but I'm pretty worried. Any ideas on what this could be?

Are acne scars permanent?

That depends on the depth and type of the scars. With few types of peels and derma abrasions depth of the scars can be reduced.
