So I've been dealing with allergic rhinitis but it mainly hits me at night and early in the morning. My doctor told me to take AllegraM once a night for a week, but I'm having trouble finding Allegra Nasal Spray. Is it alright if I use Nasivion Nasal Spray instead, like a couple of puffs every day? I'm 15, by the way. Just wondering if this is safe or if there's a better option out there. What should I do?

View allI'm trying to understand my Allergy Screening Test results by IMMUNO EIA. It says my IgE level is 172 KUL, NIMESULIDE is 1.30 UL, and CEPHALOSPORIN is 1.20 UL. Can you explain what these numbers mean for my health? Also, what steps should I take to address this?
Elevated IgE levels suggest that you are sensitive or allergic to certain substances, but more specific testing (e.g., food allergy tests or skin prick tests) may be needed to pinpoint the exact cause. Nimesulide and Cephalosporins: You appear to have allergies to these substances, so avoid them in the future. Consult an allergist: A specialist can help create a detailed management plan, especially if you have ongoing symptoms or need to manage multiple allergies

I'm having this issue where every time I sleep, whether it's at night or even a nap during the day, I wake up with a runny nose for about an hour and end up sneezing occasionally. I've tried taking a lot of different medicines but nothing's really worked. Can you help me figure out what might be causing this?
Azeflo nasal spray 7ml to both the nostrils is advised to the patient for 5 days.Steam inhalation is also advised to the patient.

I'm dealing with a runny nose that mostly acts up at night, making it hard for me to get any sleep. It seems to go away only when I take medication, but it keeps coming back, especially during winter and rainy seasons. Interestingly, I don't face this issue in summer. Do you have any advice on how I can manage this better?
That could be due to allergy, identify the triggering factor and avoid it, maintain healthy lifestyle.
