So, I've been noticing something strange happening with my left hand. My middle finger has been twitching randomly, and sometimes I feel a little shiver in the whole hand. Also, there's this weird muscle twitching near my elbow. It's mainly the middle finger that's bothering me the most, and it's got me a bit worried. I'm wondering what might be causing all this and who I should see about it. Could it be something serious?

Based on your USG report, here are some recommendations:
Hepatomegaly with Mild Fatty Grade 1
- Lifestyle modifications: Maintain a healthy weight, exercise regularly, and eat a balanced diet.
- Dietary changes: Reduce intake of fatty foods, sugar, and salt.
- Limit alcohol consumption: If you drink alcohol, limit your intake to moderate levels.
- Monitor liver function: Regularly check your liver function tests (LFTs) to ensure the condition doesn't worsen.
Bulky Uterus
- Gynecological consultation: Consult a gynecologist to determine the cause of the bulky uterus.
- Further testing: Your gynecologist may recommend additional tests, such as a pelvic MRI or endometrial biopsy.
- Treatment: Depending on the underlying cause, treatment may include medication, surgery, or other interventions.
General Recommendations
- Regular health check-ups: Schedule regular health check-ups to monitor your condition.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Continue to prioritize a healthy diet, regular exercise, and stress management.

View allI took an Alfoo tablet before bed about a month ago, and a strange thing happened. Around five hours later, I went to use the washroom, and on my way back, I suddenly fell unconscious. After a little while, I sat up and spoke, but then I blacked out again. Could this be from the Alfoo tablet? Does it mean I might be allergic to it? I haven't taken any other medication or passed out since then, so I'm a bit concerned. Any insights?
it just might be a sideeffect of that medicine, drink plenty of water next time with that medicine

I'm a little worried because I've been experiencing these brief blackouts where I suddenly can't see anything for a few seconds, and then I feel extremely weak afterward. I went to an eye doctor, and they suggested I get a neuro check-up. Could this be something serious, and what might be causing these symptoms?

Can I take melatonin to help me sleep if I'm already prescribed a 25 mg amitriptyline pill daily to reduce my headache frequency? I'm just worried if there's any interaction or issues mixing the two.
Melatonin and amitryptiline has a potential for interaction so it should be used very carefully as they both increase sedation and drowsiness. The medications should not be had unless directed by your treating doctor. If you develop any problem visit the ER at the earliest.
