So I've been using Betnovate N cream and it really helped lighten my face, but when I stopped using it, my face got darker again and I've also ended up with dark circles. Can you suggest a good cream for fairness, and maybe help with the back skin issue too?

To address the darkening and dark circles on your face, you can try using a cream containing Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, and Mometasone in the night for a limited period under the guidance of a dermatologist. For fairness, you can use a cream containing Kojic Acid, Arbutin, and Vitamin C in the morning. Remember to always use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin.

View allI'm dealing with a lot of hair fall and also have an anal fistula. My hair keeps falling no matter what I try, and the doctor said I need surgery for the fistula soon. What should I do about both issues?
To address both hair fall and an anal fistula, it's important to focus on reducing stress, managing the fistula with medical intervention, and addressing potential underlying causes of hair loss. For the fistula, the doctor's recommendation for surgery should be followed. For hair fall, explore potential causes like stress, fungal infections, or nutritional deficiencies, and consider seeking professional advice for appropriate treatment.

I've been using Deriva CMS gel at night for my acne, and I'm considering using a clear gel in the morning for the spots. Is that a good combo, or should I be cautious? Would love some advice on this, as I'm a bit unsure about mixing different treatments.
Yes continue all the medications.

I'm 26 and I've noticed that I have no beard on my cheeks, and my mustache grows only slightly. I'm really hoping to find a way to grow both a beard and mustache. Can you suggest any medicines or other methods that might help with this?
