So I've been using Ionax T shampoo a couple of times a week, but my scalp psoriasis just won't seem to clear up. I always make sure to really scrub my scalp when I wash my hair. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or should I be using the shampoo differently?

I've been dealing with itching on both my hands and legs for the past three days, and I'm worried because there's been no improvement despite taking Allegra 180 mg and Defcort 6 mg.
