View allI'm having a bit of trouble with my breathing every evening; it feels like some sort of shortness of breath. I suspect it might be linked to acid reflux because when I manage to get rid of some gas, my breathing seems to return to normal. The feeling's pretty uncomfortable when the gas is there, and I'm starting to worry if there might be a lung issue going on. Could this be something related to my lungs, or is it really just about the reflux? Any guidance would be really appreciated.

I've noticed my SGOT is at 93 and SGPT is at 89, and it's got me a bit worried. What can I do to bring these levels down to a healthier range? Any advice would be really appreciated!
Elevated SGOT and SGPT levels indicate liver damage or inflammation. To help reduce these levels, you can take Ursodeoxycholic acid. Additionally, you can take Silymarin at a dosage recommended by your consulting doctor. These medications can help improve liver function and reduce inflammation. It is also important to avoid alcohol, maintain a healthy diet low in fat and sugar, and exercise regularly to support liver health.
