Started feeling sweaty and uneasy out of nowhere and went to see the doctor. They did an ECG. Does this look normal to you? I'm a bit worried.

Based on the ECG provided, I cannot assess it without seeing the actual ECG report. It is important to discuss the results with your doctor who ordered the test. If there are any abnormalities or concerns, your doctor will be able to provide you with the appropriate treatment or further testing.

I've been jogging regularly and watching my diet, but my triglycerides are at 240. What more can I do to bring down those levels naturally?
To help lower your triglyceride levels naturally, you can consider taking Omega-3 fatty acids supplements. I recommend taking Fish Oil capsules, 1000mg twice daily with meals. Additionally, you can try incorporating more fiber into your diet by taking Psyllium husk powder, 5 grams once daily with a full glass of water. Lastly, you can also try Niacin (Vitamin B3) supplements, starting with 250mg daily and gradually increasing to 500mg daily. Remember to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplements.

I've been prescribed Concor 2.5 for a week to help manage my panic attack symptoms, specifically the rapid heart rate and adrenaline rushes I get at night. Is it safe to continue taking it beyond a week? And if I decide to stop, is it okay to just quit all of a sudden? Also, is it alright to work out while I'm on Concor 2.5?
Better not to stop the tablet suddenly, since it may aggrevate the symptoms.u may require a cardiologist opinion for echo review. Exercise is not recommended ..
