A stone fell on my left shoulder and caused a wedge compression in D12 on June 17. Can you check my MRI reports and advise how to recover from this? Do I need surgery or will medicine and rest be enough?

I've had a fully torn ACL and grade 3 meniscus tear since May 6th. My orthopedic doctor recommended surgery but I've been trying physiotherapy instead - my leg has improved but still feels weak. Is surgery the only option at this point or could continued physio help me recover fully?
