Suffering from COPD for the past couple of months and I'm just wondering if COPD is something that can actually be cured, or is it just the symptoms that can be managed?

View allI've been experiencing some breathing problems and chest pain, and sometimes I have a blocked nose too which makes it hard to breathe. Also, I've started having some back pain. I'm a bit worried about these symptoms and wondering if they could be connected. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

Can a person just stop breathing without any issues? I constantly feel like I'm not getting enough air. I don't have any medical conditions, but I still worry that I'm going to die from not being able to breathe properly.
it might be dueto anxiety

I've been having some trouble with my breathing for the last couple of months. It feels like I'm trying to take deep breaths, but the oxygen isn't reaching my stomach, and this happens all day long. Usually, my SpO2 level is above 98, but when I'm having this issue, it drops by about 12 points. However, when I wake up in the morning and check with an oximeter, it shows 99 or 100 for about a minute. I do brisk walking for an hour every morning, and while I feel a bit short of breath, its not too bad. I dont have a fever, and an HRCT scan only showed a tiny linear fibrotic band in my right lung, which my doctor says isnt anything serious. All my tests like CBC, Lipid Profile, ECG, LFT, KFT, CRP, ESR, Thyroid, and Urine Examination are normal. My Spirometry test was normal too. I do tend to have high blood pressure, and my fasting glucose level was 107, but my HbA1c is 5. I'm really worried. What should I do?
it might be because of anxiety, try doing some yoga kind of exercises
