I've noticed my hair is falling out really fast these days, like 30-40 strands every day, and my hairline seems to be receding daily. I started doing this ancient yoga thing I found online called Balayam nail rubbing, and some reviews mentioned there's usually an initial shedding phase of around 3 months. My wife has molluscum contagiosum with around 30-40 bumps on her chin. The dermatologist first recommended a 2-week zinc tablet course, but it didn't help. Now they're suggesting surgical removal. We're hesitant about surgery is there any other treatment option that might work, or is surgery the best way to go? They mentioned removing each bump and applying medication, but we're worried about scarring or side effects.
