Is there any way to reduce my dependence on glasses without getting laser surgery? I'm looking for alternatives like exercises, lifestyle changes, or other treatments that could help improve my vision naturally. What would you recommend?

Had C3R surgery in both eyes a year ago and stopped wearing RGP lenses because they were uncomfortable now just using glasses. Could my eyesight still improve or cornea shape change over time? Do I really need to keep wearing contact lenses after the procedure?
Ent refferal is advised to the patient at apollo hospital.

what's the prep needed before getting laser surgery for myopia with a power of 7 and how long should I rest after the procedure
Pre-LASIK prep includes corneal mapping and blood sugar control; rest for 5–7 days after surgery is typical.
