Is there any way to reduce my dependence on glasses without getting laser surgery? I'm looking for alternatives like exercises, lifestyle changes, or other treatments that could help improve my vision naturally. What would you recommend?

They recommended decompression surgery but the ENT department doesn't have any near dates available for the procedure. Can you suggest the best surgeon for this surgery? I had retinal detachment surgery back in 2006 and my retina settled but my vision is still low in that eye. Now I have extropia in my right eye and I'm considering squint surgery to fix it. Will the squint surgery help improve my vision or just the alignment? What should I expect with my current eye condition?
eye drops are advised ,for severe cases surgical excision is advised to the pt.
