Is there a cream or gel that's good for open pores? I've got quite a few open pores and I'm wondering what I can use to help with them.

There are several over-the-counter creams and gels that can help minimize the appearance of open pores. One option is the "Neutrogena Pore Refining Moisturizer," which contains retinol and beta hydroxy acid to help reduce the size of pores. Another option is the "La Roche-Posay Effaclar Pore-Refining Anti-Aging Serum," which contains glycolic acid and micro-exfoliating lipo-hydroxy acid to tighten pores. You can apply these products once or twice daily, following the instructions on the packaging for best results.

View allI've been dealing with pimples on my face and my doctor has put me on some antibacterial meds and aziderm. I'm getting married in 30 days and I'm really worried about the black spots left on my face. My pre-bridal skincare sessions have just kicked off and I'm wondering if it's safe to use aziderm now. Do facials make things worse though? Any advice would be really helpful.

I'm a bit concerned because I've been using Betnovate cream on my face for skin lightening over the past 5 years, like every other day or sometimes thrice a week. Is this safe to keep using in the long run? Are there any side effects I should be aware of?
Continue all the medications..

I've been using clotrimazole twice a day for dry skin for around 3 weeks like my doctor said. It's only made the itchiness worse even though I was told it would clear up in 2 weeks. Should I keep using it, try something else, or stop completely?
dernat opinion is advised to the patient.
