Is there a cream or gel that's good for open pores? I've got quite a few open pores and I'm wondering what I can use to help with them.

There are several over-the-counter creams and gels that can help minimize the appearance of open pores. One option is the "Neutrogena Pore Refining Moisturizer," which contains retinol and beta hydroxy acid to help reduce the size of pores. Another option is the "La Roche-Posay Effaclar Pore-Refining Anti-Aging Serum," which contains glycolic acid and micro-exfoliating lipo-hydroxy acid to tighten pores. You can apply these products once or twice daily, following the instructions on the packaging for best results.

View allI'm 16 and I've noticed my lips have become really dark, like almost black. I don't smoke or anything. They used to be a nice rosy color when I was a kid, and I'm not sure how or when they changed. It's kind of worrying now because I think it looks unhealthy. How can I get my lips back to their rosy shade?

I'm thinking about trying Melacare cream to lighten the skin on my face, but I'm a bit worried. Can using Melacare lead to skin cancer?
Melacare cream is a combination medication containing Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, and Mometasone. It is commonly used to lighten dark patches of skin. However, prolonged and indiscriminate use of hydroquinone can lead to side effects such as skin irritation, redness, and thinning of the skin. Tretinoin can also cause skin irritation and sensitivity to sunlight. Mometasone, if used for a long time, can lead to skin thinning and increased risk of infections. Regarding the risk of skin cancer, there is no direct evidence linking the use of Melacare cream to skin cancer. However, it is important to use this medication under the guidance of a healthcare professional and to follow the recommended dosage and duration of treatment to minimize the risk of side effects.

I've noticed that the skin on my testicles has started to get a bit darker lately. Every day, when I'm washing up, I rub the area and this black-colored skin-like stuff comes off. It's happening daily, and I'm not sure why it keeps accumulating there. Could you help me understand what's going on and suggest what I should do?
