Had circumcision surgery a month ago on May 5th but still can't wear underwear directly using cotton to cover it. Wear loose clothing for example: pyjamas, tracksuit bottoms for the first few days. It is advisable to try and avoid wearing underwear, do so until you feel comfortable enough to resume wearing them. It is advisable especially if your work is heavy (manual, driving) to stay off work for at least one week.

Medications can help manage symptoms of both, and watchful waiting might be an option for asymptomatic gallstones. Consulting with a doctor for a comprehensive evaluation and personalized treatment plan is crucial.
