Heavy exercises can increase sugar level and also risk of hypoglycemia increases in patients on insulin treatment. Patients with few Diabetic complications such as retinopathy, neuropathy may have untoward effects if vigorous activities are done.

I've been struggling with diabetic ulcers on both feet for the past 4 years and no doctor has been able to cure it completely. In 2013 they had to remove the middle finger of my right foot due to severe damage. Now my thumb is dislocated from the imbalance and keeps creating wounds, making it hard to walk long distances. I feel really frustrated that no doctor has been able to help. What can I do to first heal these foot ulcers and later get plastic surgery to fix my dislocated thumb? Recently there was pus so the doctor gave me IV antibiotics twice daily for 5 days but it didn't help. My average sugar is around 220 and now I'm taking ferobact 200 mg twice a day for 5 days as advised. Why isn't anything working for me?

plastic sx review for further tt is advised.

I'm a bit confused about some medical stuff. So, in the context of a COVID test, what exactly does the target gene CT value mean? Like, if someone has a CT value of 17.5, is that considered low or high? Also, if a person has thyroid issues, do the medicines change if they get COVID?

The target gene CT value in a COVID-19 test represents the number of cycles needed to detect the virus's genetic material, with lower values (e.g., 17.5) indicating a higher viral load, while higher values suggest a lower viral load or potential false positive; regarding thyroid conditions, COVID-19 treatment does not typically involve thyroid medications, but underlying thyroid conditions may require adjustments to existing medications or additional supportive care.

Chronic painful gynecomastia rarely responds to Ayurvedic treatments; surgery offers best relief, but hormone evaluation and weight management are helpful first steps.
