Two years ago she was operated for her uterus. She is a high blood pressure patient. She is suffering from knee and leg pain because she is an arthritis patient. I have attached her urine culture test report. Please suggest any medicine?

If urine culture is normal, leg pain is likely arthritis related. Continue BP and arthritis meds, monitor kidney health regularly.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test or Take a Uric Acid Test Test

View allHi I am having pain in my stomach for the last few weeks. I took medication but did not recover much. I am still having mild but continuous pain in my lower abdomen and frequent pain in my penis. The pain gets worse if I do not have water for half an hour or more. I have attached my report. Can you please help me to know if there is any case of stone or urine infection and why my pain is not relieved?

I recently underwent urine analysis and urine culture. The report mentions only commensals grown. Could you please explain what this means? Is my report considered normal? Additionally, I have a wound at the meatus and would like to know if this is related or something I should be concerned about.

My father blood test showed a creatinine level of 9 and potassium level of 7.56, so the doctor advised immediate dialysis. He has undergone two dialysis sessions so far, one the day before yesterday and one today. The ultrasound report shows that both kidneys are normal in size and there are no stones. However, the urine report indicates elevated RBCs and pus cells. Now, the doctor is recommending a kidney biopsy. I would like to understand what the next steps should be and whether the biopsy is necessary at this stage.
