I'm looking for some advice on treating bed sores, especially around the tailbone area. My loved one is unable to walk or stand, making it harder to care for her. Can you recommend any sprays that might help?

I recommend using a spray called "Prontosan Wound Irrigation Solution." This spray helps to cleanse the wound and promote healing. In addition to using the spray, it is important to keep the area clean and dry. Change the bedding frequently and use a special cushion or mattress to relieve pressure on the tail bone. Make sure to reposition the patient regularly to prevent further pressure on the affected area. If the bed sore is severe, it is important to seek medical attention for further evaluation and treatment.

My grandmother has a small wet wound near her hip, and I think it might be a pressure sore since she can only sleep in one position after her hip replacement surgery three years ago. What kind of medication or topical cream can we use for this? Also, should we do any special dressing? She's not very mobile, so taking her to a doctor is difficult right now.

yes advised.
