I'm a bit worried about my health and need some advice. Is a urea level of 12 mgdL considered very bad? What kind of medication should I be considering? Also, I'm a non-smoker, I don't drink, and I follow a vegetarian diet. Back in February, my triglycerides were 157, but now they're up to 216. This is surprising since I've lost 7 kgs through exercise and dieting. How could my triglycerides have increased despite the weight loss?
urea is normal To manage triglycerides: 1. Dietary changes: - Reduce carbohydrate intake. - Increase fiber consumption. - Choose healthy fats (avocado, nuts). - Limit sugary drinks and foods. 1. Exercise: - Continue regular physical activity (150 minutesweek). - Incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
