View allI've been dealing with asthma for a long time and currently use seroflo 250 inhaler once daily plus duolin inhaler when needed. Had sinus surgery two years ago but still feel my lungs are very weak constant cold and cough all day. Taking montair lc daily to keep the cold under control but want to avoid steroids. I'm a 30-year-old male, 75kg. What else can I do to manage this better?

I've just finished my tuberculosis treatment earlier this April after nine months on medication, but then I caught COVID at the end of the month. Since then, I haven't had any COVID symptoms, and an HRCT showed no lung infections. However, I'm struggling with a persistent dry cough and an itchy throat. There's also white mucus that shows up every morning but only a little bit. I've tried Alex syrup and some home remedies like ginger and honey, but nothing seems to be working. What could be causing this ongoing cough, and should I be worried?

I'm feeling a bit worried about my health right now. After having a fever, I tested positive for Covid on November 19th and started with medication from a govt doctor. A few days later, I consulted a private doctor who suggested a CHET Test HRTC, and I've just received the results. It says there are multi-focal small ground glass opacities in my lungs, predominantly on the sides and back. The CORADS is 6 and the CT severity score is 52. Im currently on a few medications - Asthakind DX, Dexona 0.5mg, Scavista 12mg, Esoga cap, Immugard, Calpol 650mg, and doing mobilization with Budecort 1mg. I'm just not sure if my report is good or if the meds are doing their job. I've started to experience chest pain and weakness. My current SPO2 is 98, pulse rate is 85, and my temperature is 98.6. Could you advise on my health and how my report looks?
