In the mornings, my spit has these dark brown-black specks and its a bit thicker than usual. Im 23 and used to smoke a lot but quit about two months ago because of this. I do have acid reflux, but its mostly under control. I'm worried and can't figure out why this is happening, and sometimes it's so thick that it makes me vomit. What could be going on?

I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. When I'm lying down, it's really hard to breathe and my chest feels tight. But as soon as I get up, it almost goes back to normal. I'm also having a weird cough that feels really dense and kind of stringy. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

I've been waking up in the middle of the night feeling breathless, and sometimes this happens after I eat too. I don't get it because I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle, but so do a lot of other people, and they don't seem to deal with this. What could be causing these breathless episodes? Should I be worried?
stop spicy food , drink warm water , do pulmonary function test
