View allI'm a bit unsure about which to use for my woundshould I go with soframycin or cipladine powder? I usually clean the wound with hot water and Dettol, then let it dry before applying the powder. But when I clean it again the next day, it's kind of tricky. The wound is still wet, and there's some fluid coming out. Would using soframycin be a better option in this case?
It sounds like you're dealing with a wound that's still in the healing process and is somewhat moist, which is quite common in the initial stages of healing. Both can be effective, but Soframycin is usually recommended for burns, surgical wounds, or where moisture needs to be controlled, as it helps with tissue regeneration without drying the wound too much.

I'm just wondering if drinking a lot of caffeine could cause lipomas or encourage them to grow. I usually have black coffee twice a day. Should I be concerned about this?
Drinking excessive caffeine or black coffee is not directly linked to causing lipomas or helping them grow. Lipomas are benign tumors composed of body fat, and their exact cause is unknown. However, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet and regular exercise is important. If the lipomas are causing any discomfort or concern, I recommend consulting a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've noticed that the skin on my thighs has gotten darker, especially around the buttocks area, and there are these itchy ring-like spots. I was on antibiotics for a jock itch for ten days as my physician advised, but it seems to have come back. I'm now using an antifungal powder from Cipla, but it's not really helping. Could you advise me on what steps I should take next?
