The sudden appearance of many floaters — tiny specks that seem to drift through your field of vision. Flashes of light in one or both eyes (photopsia) Blurred vision. Gradually reduced side (peripheral) vision. A curtain-like shadow over your visual field(which makes it seem as if a curtain has been pulled across your field of vision, with a dark shadowing effect.)

My doctor gave me a prescription for my glasses with these details: Right Eye is 2.25 spherical, 1.50 cylindrical with an axis of 170, and the Left Eye is 2.75 spherical and 1.25 cylindrical with an axis of 10. But the specs I got made by the company have the Right Eye at 2.25 spherical, 1.50 cylindrical with an axis of 160, and the Left Eye at 2.75 spherical and 1.25 cylindrical with an axis of 180. I'm wondering, will this change in axis affect my vision in any way? Should I continue using these specs or should I get them corrected to match my prescription?

I've been having this odd cold feeling in my eyes all the time, like a menthol sensation. It's kinda like when acetone dries on your skin. I keep squeezing my eyes and just can't keep them open for long without discomfort. I've noticed that air exposure seems to make it worse. It's honestly quite debilitating. Do you have any idea what might be causing this, and what I can do about it?

This sensation in your eyes could be due to dry eye syndrome. I recommend using artificial tears eye drops, such as Systane Ultra, 1-2 drops in each eye 4 times a day. Additionally, you can use a warm compress over your eyes for relief. If the symptoms persist, consult an ophthalmologist for further evaluation.

I'm worried about my 3-year-old daughter's right eye. It sometimes appears to have a squint, but it's not always noticeable and we only catch it if we're observing really closely. What could be causing this, and what kind of solutions should we be considering? Also, could you recommend a good hospital with an orthoptist near HSR Layout where we could get it checked out?
