What is the best medicine for hernia?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
The only way to effectively treat a hernia is through surgical repair. However, whether or not you need surgery depends on the size of your hernia and the severity of your symptoms. Your doctor may want to simply monitor your hernia for possible complications. This is called watchful waiting.

I was recently diagnosed with fibroadenoma and the scan showed multiple lumps. My doctor recommended surgery right away but I'm unsure and wanted to get another opinion. Are there other treatment options or should I really consider surgery this soon?
Multiple fibroadenomas may not always require immediate surgery. A second opinion and regular monitoring are often advised unless there's suspicion of malignancy or rapid growth.
