I've been on medication since September, taking one tablet in the morning and two at night. Initially, my BP seemed stable, but now in December, it's been fluctuating a lot. Previously, it was around 12082 to 12585 in the morning and 13585 to 13882 in the afternoon. But now, I'm seeing readings like 14090 in the morning and 14894 in the afternoon. I'm active, so what's causing these changes in winter? How should I take care of my BP during this season?

I had an angioplasty on February 14th, and they did it through my right arm. It's still hurting, and I can't stretch it properly. I've taken painkillers, but the pain just wont go away. What can I do about this?

I'm really concerned about some recent blood test results. If my white blood cell count is high, but my lymphocytes are low and the polymorphs are elevated, what could that mean? Should I be worried about any specific condition?
