My blood sugar levels are not controlled according to my recent reports. My fasting blood sugar is 125, postprandial is 279, and HbA1c is 9.2. I am currently taking Exterm GM Forte as my medication. Please advise me on what I should do next.

I had an anomaly scan at 19 weeks and 4 days of pregnancy, and the report shows:
Left lateral ventricle: 0.54 cm, Right lateral ventricle: 0.62 cm. Is there any problem with the baby brain?
Umbilical artery RI: 0.75 (appears to be increased)
Uterine artery RI: 0.7, with evidence of a dicrotic notch in both arteries
The rest of the report is normal. Could you please advise if there is any concern with these findings?

I have had jock itch for the last 2 years. It goes away temporarily if I take medicine for about 7 days, but it comes back within 15 days. I cannot sleep properly at night and feel uncomfortable during the day at the office. I have now shifted to Ayurvedic medicines, but it is taking longer, and the itch is still there. I did some blood tests, which show my CBC count is low. My Ayurveda doctor said this means I have a weak immune system, which is why I get infections continuously. I also have thyroid with TSH 8.45. Can Ayurveda help me? Is this because of a weak immune system? I just want to get rid of the jock itch first. Please help.
