Before fasting my blood sugar is 92 and after 1 and a half hours of fasting it is 177. Please tell me the interpretation of my blood report?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
A fasting of 92 is normal, but 177 after 1.5 hours may suggest impaired glucose tolerance such as prediabetes. Ideally, post meal sugar should be less than 140 mg per dL after 2 hours. Please monitor regularly and adopt a low sugar, high fiber diet. A repeat test or HbA1c will help clarify.

Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test or Take a Glucose Fasting and PP Test Test

My blood sugar levels are not controlled according to my recent reports. My fasting blood sugar is 125, postprandial is 279, and HbA1c is 9.2. I am currently taking Exterm GM Forte as my medication. Please advise me on what I should do next.
