View allmy doctor said I have stage two endometriosis after my first hysterectomy and now they're recommending completion surgery but I'm not getting clear reports can someone explain what this means and what to expect
Stage 2 endometriosis after hysterectomy means residual disease in other pelvic areas; completion surgery removes remaining ovaries or lesions to control symptoms.

I've been diagnosed with a 2.2x1.5cm posterior wall intramural fibroid and my endometrial thickness is 5mm. Do I need surgery for this? Could it affect my chances of getting pregnant? Are there any medications that can completely treat it?
Intramural fibroids may affect fertility but surgery is usually only needed if they cause symptoms or failed conception; medicines like GnRH analogs may help shrink them.

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and need to terminate because I'm not married and my boyfriend wants an abortion. Are there any pills I can take for a medical abortion or do I have to get surgery? I really prefer pills since nobody knows about my pregnancy and I want to keep it private. Can you help me figure out my options?
Mifepristone is taken first, and it works by blocking the hormone progesterone, which is necessary for maintaining pregnancy. Misoprostol is taken later and causes the uterus to contract and expel the pregnancy. Medical abortions are typically only recommended for pregnancies up to 10 weeks
