View allI'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. When I'm lying down, it's really hard to breathe and my chest feels tight. But as soon as I get up, it almost goes back to normal. I'm also having a weird cough that feels really dense and kind of stringy. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

I've been having this issue for the last few years where I can breathe just fine during the day, but when I'm sleeping, particularly in the early mornings, theres this sound from my chest and I struggle to breathe properly. I end up waking up and have to do some breathing exercises to feel normal again. Even though my lung function seems okay according to the doctors I've seen, this is really messing with my sleep, and I'm not sure what to do about it. Any advice?

After being on tuberculosis treatment for 2.5 months, I've started coughing up blood. What could be causing this, and what should I do?
After 2.5 months of TB treatment, blood coming from the mouth after coughing could be a sign of a serious complication known as hemoptysis. This can occur due to damage to the lungs caused by the TB infection. It is important to address this issue promptly. I would recommend you to consult your healthcare provider immediately for further evaluation and management. In the meantime, continue with your TB treatment as prescribed. Your doctor may consider adjusting your treatment regimen or providing additional medications to help control the bleeding.
