I've just turned 31 and I'm a bit concerned because I weigh 98 kgs and have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. I'm wondering if it's okay for me to start hitting the gym for some strength and weight training to help shed some pounds. Can this kind of exercise routine be good for me given my condition?
