View allI've been having some discomfort on the left side just below my ribs for the past two weeks. It's really tender to the touch and gets quite painful. Plus, I've been experiencing a lot of stomach bloating, especially after I eat. It even affects my breathing at times, making it short, and my heart seems to race when my stomach is bloated. Does this sound familiar, and what might be causing these symptoms?
Probable diagnosis is GERD .Patient is advised tab pan d ,orally for 14 days and syrup sucralfate 10 ml thrice daily for 7 days .

I'm having a tough time with this. I saw a general physician who prescribed me flatuna tablets and a gasinoxuni enzyme, but there's been no improvement. I've been diagnosed with pelvic descent and I'm not sure what to do about it. My main issue is that I don't pass stool completely even though I'm taking medicines like pegmove, duphalac, pruvict, lubbowel, cremaffin, etc. Nothing seems to help. Could this be because of pelvic descent? Would I need surgery for this and if so, what kind of surgery would it be?
Gynaecologist opinion is advised to the patient.
