I'm struggling with not being able to stand for long periods, which makes everyday things like food shopping, cooking, cleaning, and even going to the mall or mowing the lawn really exhausting for me. It's starting to worry me. Do you have any advice on what might be causing this or how I can manage it better?

I'm just wondering, how many Meftal Forte tablets can I take during COVID? My doctor suggested I take them twice daily for three days along with antibiotics and a PPI. He recommended Meftal Forte instead of Dolo 650, and I don't have any other symptoms except a fever. After those three days, is it okay to take Meftal Forte on an as-needed basis?

yes ,continue all the medications as advised..
