Do some life style modifications such as practicing yoga, maintaining healthy weight , exercise regularly , use more ginger and cinnamon , get daily dose of vitamins. If you miss 1 or 2 consecutive cycles then please consult a doctor to get evaluated.

I have a 4.4cm functional follicular cyst on my left ovary with benign features but my periods have been irregular and frequent happening twice recently Will this cyst resolve on its own or do I need surgery
